Tenant Check BBB Accredited Business

The BBB noted that our company provided them with all of the important information they need in order to review our accreditation. This fact comes as no surprise to our loyal customers, who have long known that we are a transparent company that is committed to providing our clients with the best possible experience. In addition, our rating was improved by the BBB because we have had no complaints filed with the organization. While we are in the business of providing our customers with the most accurate, easy-to-read tenant history search reports, the customer experience is our top priority. We believe that every person in search of eviction history search and criminal history search information should be able to easily secure that data in the most affordable way possible.

Spread Out Your EvictionRecords.com Tenant Background Check Payments

July 30, 2013 by Eviction Records Leave a Comment

At EvictionRecords.com, we pride ourselves on offering our customers a safe, secure and easy way to pay for their tenant background check searches, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services.  Now, we have found a way to offer our customers with financing options.  We have partnered with PayPal to bring our customers the Bill Me Later service.

Tenant Background Check

Get Your Tenant Background Check Today and Pay with Your PayPal Account

PayPal’s Bill Me Later is a financing option that allows customers to spread out their payments in a way that is convenient for them. Ultimately, this makes tenant background check searches more affordable than ever before.  Essentially, tenant screening customers who have a balance of more than $99 can qualify for up to six months of interest-free financing.  They just need to pay off the balance within the six-month time period.  Even customers with a balance of less than $99 can take a little bit more time to pay off their bill, as they can get up to 25 days to finalize their payment.

The Bill Me Later option is easy to use.  The first time a tenant background check customer selects the Bill Me Later button, they will be prompted to enter in their information, and PayPal will let them know within seconds if they are approved to use the Bill Me Later service.  Once approved, customers will not need to enter their information in again when making purchases later.

In order to take advantage of this unique opportunity, our customers must check out using their PayPal account. Using PayPal for Tenant Screening is a safe and secure way to make payments on the Internet, so many of our customers use PayPal.

For more information on PayPal’s Bill Me Later program or about EvictionRecords.com, please contact an EvictionRecords.com company representative today at service@evictionrecords.com.  We look forward to hearing from you.

New Membership Account Levels and benefits for Renter Tenant Screening

March 30, 2013 by Eviction Records Leave a Comment

We at EvictionRecords.com have always placed customer service as a top priority, and have always taken pride in the fact that we provide our clients with the best instantaneous renter tenant screening results. All of our clients, no matter how large or small their accounts, receive these great results from their searches. Noting this, we have decided to take our customer service commitment one step further and launch new landlord tenant screening membership account levels.

Renter Tenant Screening

New Membership Account Levels and benefits for Renter Tenant Screening

These membership account levels are designed to provide unique service and payment options to every client in order to best meet their needs. A basic membership level affords the average client the opportunity to run a renter tenant screening, pay for their search and receive their results. However, some clients place more orders throughout the month and would benefit from monthly billing options. This is where the membership account plus comes into play. Clients who place multiple orders every month can set up a higher level account that gives them more storage space as well as monthly payment options. They can pay their balance each month using either a check or credit card.

In addition to introducing monthly payment options, EvictionRecords.com has introduced a discount program for high volume clients. Clients who place bulk orders now have the opportunity to get a discount for these order batches. In addition to the great discount, high volume clients receive personal care from an account specialist who can help them complete their orders quickly and easily.

All it takes to set up a membership account with EvictionRecords.com is a few moments of your time as you fill out an application. For clients who are interested in high volume discounts, contact us today to set up your free consultation appointment with a member of our sales team. We look forward to hearing from you and getting you the landlord tenant screening results and renter tenant screening results that you both want and need.

EvictionRecords.com Resident Screening Plans to Educate through NAPBS

February 27, 2013 by Eviction Records 1 Comment

We have always had a commitment to our customers and the resident screening industry. Recently, the company has joined forces with others in this industry by becoming a member of the important resident screening industry organization, the National Association of Professional Background Screeners. The NAPBS consists of 300 members across the country, all of whom are affiliated in one way or another with this important, ever-changing industry.

NAPBS Resident ScreeningWe are a regular voting member of this organization. Regular members are resident screening organizations or other background screening organizations. Regular members work alongside non-voting affiliate and associate members, who are indirectly affiliated with the industry. Associate and affiliate members often include lawyers, insurance agents, consulting firms, public records retrievers and human resources professionals. Together, these parties work together to educate one another, improve the industry, train for the future and gather industry news.

One major goal of the NAPBS is to advocate our causes, such as privacy rights and consumer protection, to local, state and national government officials. We look forward to participating in these advocacy efforts, and we support the NAPBS as they work to improve not only the resident screening industry but also the world around us. This is an important function of any professional organization, and the NAPBS takes its advocacy efforts seriously.

The NAPBS is committed to providing the best resources for its members, and we are committed to taking full advantage of membership benefits. We plan to take an active part in this organization, and look forward to attending conferences, training opportunities, meetings and webinars in order to get the most out of our membership. We look forward to networking with other professionals in the industry. Our customers rely on our information and our national resident checks in order to make important decisions, and we recognize the important role that we serve.

EvictionsRecords.com Lowers Its Criminal Search Pricing Once Again

January 23, 2013 by Eviction Records Leave a Comment

At EvictionRecords.com, we have always prided our commitment to customer service and our commitment to quality. Keeping in mind our promise to keep our criminal search and eviction search services affordable while still providing accurate results, we have decided to once again lower the pricing of our popular 3-state criminal search. This tenant screening check used to be $44.95 and can now be purchased for only $39.90.

Lower Criminal Search Pricing

The 3-state criminal searches by far our most popular criminal background search service because many future tenants have lived in more than one state therefore it is a good idea for landlords to do an eviction search in multiple states. When customers choose this tenant screening check option, they are able to choose three different states. We offer instant eviction search results in every state and we offer instant criminal search results for 46 states.

It is not very often that customers are able to do a multi-state criminal background search for this low of a cost. A criminal record search is a worthwhile investment for any landlord, and EvictionRecords.com is committed to keeping these tenant screening services affordable for those who need them. The best part is customers get to enjoy the lower prices while at the same time knowing the level of customer service has not been compromised. We at EvictionRecords.com are more committed than ever before to our customer service policies, and making sure our customers have a professional experience is our priority. We want our clients to get the accurate information that they need as quickly and easily as possible.

For more information, please read our Press Release about lower 3-state criminal search pricing.

New tenant screening video about the importance of website security

December 31, 2012 by Eviction Records Leave a Comment

At EvictionRecords.com we have always invested in ensuring that our tenant screening website is very secure.   The following video discusses why website security is important and what makes a website secure.

We have become increasingly more dependent on the Web.  We use websites for tenant screening, to buy books and clothes, to manage our finances, and to connect with our family and friends.   Unfortunately, there are criminals who create fake websites that are designed to take your money or private information.  Before making a purchase or providing sensitive information, there are two things to think about:  1) do you trust the company you are purchasing from or providing sensitive information to?  and 2) is your connection from your computer to the company’s computer secure?  If you’re working with a company you trust and using a secure connection, your information is safe.

There are two big ways to tell if you have a secure connection.  First is the address bar; secure websites have an address that starts with http”s” for secure.  Second, a secure site has a padlock icon in the browser.   Companies can have their websites reviewed and validated by licensed unbiased companies called certificate authorities.  These rigorous reviews ensure the company and its website are trustworthy.   Sites that are deemed trustworthy display a green colored bar, including the company name, along with the address. Play the above tenant screening website security video to learn more.

Get Your Tenant Eviction Report Today and Pay with Your PayPal Account

November 29, 2012 by Eviction Records Leave a Comment

At EvictionRecords.com, we know our customers want accurate tenant eviction report information and they want it fast. Sometimes, the longest part of the ordering process can be inputting credit card information and billing information. We know that this can become tedious and time consuming, so we have decided to partner with PayPal to make ordering the tenant eviction reports and criminal reports you need from us even easier than before.

Tenant Eviction Report and Criminal Reports

Get Your Tenant Eviction Report Today and Pay with Your PayPal Account

In addition to providing our customers a quick and reliable way to pay for their tenant reports, PayPal also allows our customers to make secure transactions. All of the financial information is stored on their secure PayPal account, so customers do not have to provide us with their credit card number or expiration date. Tenant screening customers also benefit from the security of PayPal’s fraud policy, so they know that their purchase is as secure as possible.

We have never taken security lightly at EvictionRecords.com, but we know that customers have found that providing merchants with credit card information has become riskier over time. We wanted to make sure our customers had every opportunity to get the tenant eviction report and criminal report information they need without worrying about credit card fraud.

Customers who do not want to use a credit card to pay for their tenant reports also have the option of using their PayPal balance. This would be similar to using a debit card, and the purchase can still be completed instantly. Once the purchase is made, our customers know they will be receiving the best data available. EvictionRecords.com has a commitment to continuing to improve the ease of our tenant screening services, and we feel that by adding PayPal as an option our customers will benefit even more from working with us. This checkout option not only saves time but also allows our customers to rest easy, knowing they can get the tenant eviction reports they want without worrying about financial fraud.
